About Me

Sandy M: As a lover of travel, languages, great food and fantastic wine, I feel incredibly lucky to have the chance to indulge all of my senses simultaneously during the 2010 grape harvest in Southern France. From March to September, follow me as I take up this Olympian sized gauntlet, devising a plan to transform my physical and mental self and become a “lean, mean harvest machine……to not simply “Go for the Gold”, but to……… “Go For the Grape”!
